Russian artist and designer Anastasia Pilepchuk designing masks to reflect her moods. At first, she did that through make-up and masks from carnival shops, but it wasn’t enough. She wanted to try something new so she made her first mask. It was a white mask with spiky elements made from fabric and paper.
